Meet Ryan
Ryan Schuchart is a San Antonio–based real estate professional with more than 20 years of experience spanning residential sales, property investment, acquisitions, dispositions, renovations, and real estate operations.
Before founding Hive Realty Group, Ryan served as a Senior Institutional Disposition and Acquisition Manager with Roofstock.
During his institutional real estate career, he helped lead teams involved in the acquisition of more than 7,500 homes representing approximately $3 billion in residential real estate.
Ryan’s experience has taken him well beyond the traditional transaction. He has evaluated properties, negotiated acquisitions and sales, overseen renovations, developed disposition strategies, and helped individual and institutional clients make informed decisions across multiple markets.
Today, Ryan brings that experience home to San Antonio and South Texas.
Through Hive Realty Group, he works with homeowners, buyers, investors, and landowners who value knowledgeable advice, clear communication, and a practical understanding of both properties and numbers.
